Active Substance: Tadalafil Citrate
Names: Esculap, Cialis, Tadalafil, Viagra.

Tadalafil Citrate, known as Cialis, relaxes the muscle of the blood vessels and helps to treat erectile dysfunction. Esculap increases the blood flow to particular areas of the body and maintains it in erectile condition.

Dosage: 20mg (1 tab), 15-30 min before the sexual act. The effect can last until 36 hours.

Side Effects: muscle pain, headache, stomach disorders, back pain, flushing, indigestion.

Esculap (Tadalafil) – an oral drug for treatment of erectile dysfunction. The drug increases the blood flow to the penis at the time of sexual stimulation that induces erection thus treating the erectile dysfunction and increasing libido.

If speaking about pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), Tadalafil relaxes the blood vessels in the lungs and blood begins to flow more easily.

Also it is used for treatment of and the initial prostatic hyperplasia which has such symptoms as difficult or painful urinating and urinary frequency and urgency among men.

MEDICAL ACTION

Tadalafil improves erection and the possibility of successful sex. The medicine is valid for 36 hours. The effect is still 16 minutes after drug administration in the presence of sexual arousal.

Tadalafil in healthy individuals did not cause significant changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

The action of the Balkan Esculap (Tadalafil) on PDE5 is more active than other phosphor-diasterates. Tadalafil is 10,000 times more potent for PDE5 than for PDE1, PDE2 and PDE4, which are in the heart, brain, blood vessels, liver and other organs. Tadalafil 10,000 times more actively blocks PDE5 than PDE3 – an enzyme found in the heart and blood vessels.

It is not recommended for people with heart and vascular disease, priapism, cavernous fibrosis, leukemia.
