BP Anapolon

Composition:

50 mg ANAPOLON  per tablet.

Pharmacological Classification:

 Anabolic steroids.

Pharmacological Action:

Oxymetholone is a 17α-alkylated anabolic-androgenic steroid and a synthetic derivative of testosterone. ANAPOLON actions in the cell nucleus and helps the DNA synthesis, RNA and constitutional proteins. Increasing tissue respiration, oxidative phosphorylation, and ATP synthesis.

It makes anabolic processes faster and stops catabolic ones. Causes the increasing of muscle mass, minimizes adipose tissue,  trophic tissues works better, calcium in bones is improved and helps to retain sodium and water in the organism. Androgenic action leads to the development of secondary sexual characteristics of the male type.

Pharmacological Effects:

Massive muscle growth (Oxymetholone is one of the most active steroids in bodybuilding – till 15 pounds of muscle for a cycle).Anapolon causes joint pain, works better (because of liquid retention and greater production of synovial fluid). Minimizes sex hormone uniting globulin – in order to obtain the effect of other anabolic hormones (testosterone, as well as your own) in a combined way to have a more emphasized effect.

Indications:

Used for the treatment of HIV-  antithrombin III deficiency, pediatric growth atrophy, and sick myocardium with varying degrees. Protein production disorders, cachexia of different genesis, infection and disease after radiation, trauma, severe burns, muscle atrophy, osteoporosis, negative nitrogen balance with corticosteroid therapy, aplastic anemia and hypo.

Contraindications:

Anapolon is contraindicated in case of with hypersensitivity to the pharmaceuticals, prostate or breast carcinoma, pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe liver disease, and nephrosis or the nephrotic phase of nephritis. Liver and kidney deficiency, acute and chronic prostatitis.

Dosage and directions to use:

Adults: 1 to 3 mg/kg every day, better at the same time each day.

A convinient dose is 1-2 mg/kg/day.

The cycle of Anapolon (Oxymetholone)

The period of the Oxymetholone cycle is 4 to 6 weeks. The cycle shouldn’t be more than 6 weeks,  because the effects are visible in the first three weeks of the cycle, and also because of the possible toxicity of the liver.

The permissible dosage of Anapolon – 100 mg per day. A good dose for beginners – 50 mg per day. To begin a cycle with a small dose and during the cycle increase it to the optimal dose. In the week before last week reduce the dose little by little,  to complete retirement in the next two weeks. For a better efficiency rate, take a set of nutrition supplements for the muscle mass.

It is indicated to consult a doctor before taking oxymetholone.

Pills are swallowed with water. You should not chew, break or chop as it destroys the protective effect of the enteric coating.

Known symptoms of overdosage  and particulars of its treatments:

Overdose is manifested by dizziness, tinnitus, sweating, nausea, vomiting, decrease glucose metabolism, mental disorders, hyperventilation, respiratory alkalosis, metabolic acidosis, ketosis, fluid and electrolyte losses. Mental depression which can lead to coma, cardiovascular collapse, and respiratory dysfunction. Consequences of an overdose in children are growing rapidly. We recommend immediate consultation of a doctor.

Gastric lavage forced diuresis alkaline electrolyte and acid restores balance, dialysis and supportive therapy may be necessary.
