Methandienone 10 ICE

Indications:

Methandienone is administrated in the treatment of severe cachexia resulting from AIDS, severe illness or unexplained medical reasons. Methandienone can be used for treatment of hereditary angioedema.

Contra- indications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, prostate cancer, breast cancer in men, breast carcinoma in women with hypercalcemia, CPI, severe atherosclerosis, hepatic and renal function, acute and chronic prostatitis, pregnancy and lactation.

Administration:

Methandienone comes as a tablet containing 10 mg Methandienone, administrated orally. As the half time of methandienone 10mg is only 3.2 to 4.5 hours, taking it at least two times a day is necessary to have an optimal concentration of methandienone in the blood. In order to avoid possible gastrointestinal pain, it is recommended to administrate the pills during the meals.

Medical action:

Methandienone is an anabolic steroid. Affecting the cell nucleus, activates the genetic apparatus of the cell, causing a large synthesis of DNA, RNA and structural proteins, stimulates the enzymes of tissue respiration chain and enhancing tissue respiration, oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis and intracellular aggregation macroergic. Activates anabolic and inhibits catabolic processes those activated by glucocorticoids. Contributes to an increased muscle mass, minimizes fat deposits, stimulates trophic tissues, improves calcium deposits in the bones, retain nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, sodium and water in the body. The action is the enhancement of hematopoietic erythropoietin synthesis.

Precautions:

Women are not indicated to use methandienone because high virilization symptoms can occur. Methandienone 10mg has many potential side effects, they are low at a dosage of up to 20 mg per day. Methandienone 10mg causes a considerable strain on the liver and high dosages or use of over a longer period of time, is liver-toxic. Even a dosage of only 10 mg./day can increase the liver values but after discontinuation of the drug, however, the values return to normal. While using methandienone high blood pressure and a faster heartbeat can happen which may require the administration of an antihypertensive drug. Additional administration of Tamoxifen and Proviron may be necessary while Methandienone 10mg strongly converts into estrogens.

Side effects:

Methandienone 10 mg can induce a serious acne on the face, neck, chest, back, and shoulders since the sebaceous gland function is stimulated. If a hereditary predisposition exists, Methandienone 10mg can also cause a possible hair loss.

After discontinuation of this product, a big loss of strength and mass often happens since the water retained during the cycle is again excreted by the body. A high dosage may provoke aggressive behavior in the user witch could be occasionally observed.

Over dosage:

In case of overdose of Methandienone 10mg is suspected, contact your Doctor immediately.
